Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return and refund policy. We are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packing.

Returns are not accepted for a number of products. It is not possible to return perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, flammable liquids or gasses, toxic chemicals, and intimate or sanitary products are not accepted.

Software applications that can be downloaded as gift cards
A few personal care and health products
We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.

Kindly refrain from returning your product to the manufacturer.

Only partial refunds are given in the following circumstances:

Book with clear usage indications
software, video games, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, or unsealed vinyl records.
Any object that is broken, missing pieces, or not in its original state for causes other than our fault.

Gifts

You will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you. A gift certificate will be given to you as soon as the returned item is received.

We will provide the gift giver a refund and let them know about your return if the item wasn’t identified as a gift when it was bought or if they had the order sent to them to give to you later.
